2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup flour ½ tsp salt
Dash pepper
21/2 cups milk
Grated *Swiss, white cheddar, or parmesan cheese
In saucepan, mix mayonnaise, flour & seasonings
together until smooth. (Use wire whisk)
Slowly add milk.
Cook over medium heat until thickened. (stirring constantly)
Remove from heat and *if desired, add grated cheese to taste.
