2 cans Campbell's® Pork 'n Beans
2 heaping Tbls. brown sugar
2 tsp. minced onion
1/3 cup ketchup
1/8 tsp mustard
1-2 slices raw bacon (chopped)
Mix together 1st five ingredients and transfer to a casserole dish. Sprinkle chopped bacon over top.
Bake at 325° for about an hour or until sauce is thick but beans are not dry.
I always double this recipe or even quadruple it for a larger crowd.
