The Secret story about the Puff…
There is a deli in our area that caters, and these little jewels are a hot ticket item on their menu. The president of the company I worked for, served them at his Holiday Party for several years in a row (everyone loves them).

I went to order them for one of my parties once and opted out when the deli quoted me $12 a dozen with a minimum of two dozen.

Well one would imagine that they are made with some sort of fluffy, buttery, cheesy pastry dough.

The secret...Hotdog Buns. You read it right.
It just so happens I graduated High School with a gal who once worked for the deli.
She gave me the Secret Recipe. 😊
