Quantity depends on the size of the crowd!
(about cup 1/2 cup of filling for 24 shrimp)
Large raw shrimp or prawns tails on (peeled)
Finely chopped green onion
2 Tbls. olive oil
Garlic salt & white pepper
Cut 3/4 thru back of shrimp and de-vein
Mix chopped onion, seasoned with garlic salt & dash of white pepper
Stuff into slit in shrimps and saute in olive oil turning once when slightly pink.
Heat thru but don’t overcook.
Serve warm!
