1 can cream of mushroom soup
11/2 packages unflavored gelatin
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 to 1 small onion (chopped)
1 cup minced celery
2 Tbls. minced parsley (more for garnishing)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Juice from 1/2 lemon
8 oz. crab meat (fresh, if available)
8 oz. baby (salad) shrimp
Add some larger prawns on top. Why not?
Warm the soup over medium high heat.
Dissolve gelatin in 2 Tbls. cold water, and add to soup.
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Pour into mold (Tupperware® brand in best.)
Chill overnight of for several hours until firmly set.
To un-mold, carefully place bottom of mold into a container of warm water or
If using Tupperware®, remove the bottom air tight lid and place carefully onto serving dish.
Pop off the top lid and Voilà!
Serve with a variety of crackers.
