1 8oz pkg. cream cheese (softened)
3 green onions (chopped)
1 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Knox® gelatin dissolved in 3 Tbls. hot water
1 cup mayonnaise
At least 1 cup fresh crab meat or 2 cans (drained)
Heat soup & add dissolved gelatin. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Mix in cream cheese and then other ingredients until smooth.
Fold out into mold (Large Tupperware® is Best!)
Chill in refrigerator overnight and then pop out onto a pretty serving platter.
Serve with Triscuits® or mini stoned wheat crackers.
