1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorrs’® vegetable soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 can water chestnuts (coarsely chopped)
1 can chopped/minced clams (drained) Optional!
Note: Most Spinach Dip recipes call for only sour cream or maybe sour cream and mayo. What makes this "Deluxe", is the cream cheese.
Thaw, drain and squeeze spinach. (chop again)
Mix together with all other ingredients. (chill well!)
Cut French bread into 1½” cubes leaving a part of outer crust on each cube for dipping/scooping the dip.
Serve dip from a hollowed out round French bread or from a serving bowl. Yummy!
