1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
2 1/2 cups Cool Whip®
1 egg
Powdered sugar for coating
Cream together all ingredients.
Drop by heaping teaspoonful into small bowl of powdered sugar to coat.
(Dough will be very goopy)
Place on greased & floured (preferably non-stick) or parchment paper-lined cookie sheets 2” apart.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º.
