One medium-large sweet onion (chopped)
11/2 lbs. ground beef
2 28-32oz. cans tomatoes (chopped are best)
1 pkg. elbow macaroni (cooked per directions)
2 cups (shredded) cheddar cheese
Brown and crumble e ground beef with chopped onion.
Stir in tomatoes.
While simmering, cook macaroni (according to package directions)
Drain and add to meat & tomato mixture.
Turn into casserole dish, and add cheese over top.
Bake at 350 o for about 30 minutes (or until crispy on top).
