1 large French Loaf
1 stick of butter (room temperature)
2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
You can also add a little chopped fresh parsley for color.
Mix together garlic and butter
Make 1" slices (approximately) along the length of the bread loaf (not quite all the way through).
Starting with inside of the first slice, slather both sides of the garlic/butter mixture onto each slice.
Wrap up the loaf tightly in aluminum foil
Bake in a 350º oven for a good 25 minutes. (crust should be crispy, with the inside baked through and the garlic softened.
