2 cans chunk chicken or tuna (drained)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 empty soup can full milk or cream
1 8oz package flat or shell noodles
(cooked & drained)
1 handful to a cup of frozen peas
Plain potato chips (Lays®) crumbled or Panko bread crumbs
Note: Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese for a savory twist.
Mix together 1st three ingredients
Boil noodles until tender and drain.
Mix noodles into soup & canned meat mixture,
add peas and turn into 3-4 qt casserole dish.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350º
During last 5 min. of baking time, sprinkle with potato chips
