Rib Roast boneless or bone in. (USDA PRIME)
Lots of Kosher Salt
Lots of Pepper
Accent (MSG)
Dried Italian Seasoning
Preheat Grill to 300°
Liberally Coat Roast with spices above or whatever you like (see pic below)
Place Roast on Broiler Pan or Roasting Rack
Place Roast in 300° Weber or Grill
Stick Thermometer (electric probe) in middle of roast and take out at 113-115° (for rare!)
Let Sit for no less than 30 minutes
Slice 1.5 - 2" thick
