1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup Dijon style mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbls fresh dill or 2 tsp dry dill
2 tsp dried chives or 2 Tbls fresh chives
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
To serve with Asparagus:
Cook l/2 lb asparagus per person till barely tender in boiling water, and
immediately cool it in ice water to stop the cooking process.
Place asparagus in large oval platter, spoon some of the sauce over the top and pass the rest at the table.
