1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup salad oil (Saffola® Best)
3 to 4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp. Kosher salt - fresh ground pepper to taste
1-2 heaping Tbls. sugar
Whip all ingredients together with a wire whisk.
Toss into your favorite Tossed Green Salad (to taste)
Note: This makes up quite a bit of dressing, so you make want to refrigerate what ever you don't use in a mason jar.
The secret to making the dressing is 3 to 1 (three measures of oil to one measure of vinegar)
Adding sugar or sweetener is a must!
