1 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)
¾ cup salad oil
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 can chopped black olives
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
You can chill this up to a week and use in batches.
Serve on sliced baguette or *party rye. Best on the rye!
*Party Rye used to be easier to find but is usually available around Christmas
