1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 large eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sherry wine
Icing:
1 cup (sifted) powdered sugar,
2 Tbls. ea. water & sherry wine
Poke holes into top of cake with wooden skewer.
Cream together 1 cup (sifted) powdered sugar, 2 Tbls. ea. water & sherry wine, and pour over top.
Also yummy with sifted powdered sugar as an alternative to icing.
