1 cup (semi-sweet) Ghirardelli® *chocolate chips
1/4 stick of butter
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
3 egg whites.
*milk chocolate okay!
Melt Ghirardelli® *chocolate chips on low in heavy sauce pan, in double boiler. or (1 min. on high in microwave)
Add butter, powdered sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
Add in egg whites.
Whip 2 minutes.
Let set in fridge. for several hours or overnight.
Re-whip to almost stiff consistency!
