1st make Graham Cracker Crust (see below)
Cheesecake/Pie:
1 cracker crust
1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
Juice from 1/2 squeezed lemon
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1/2 pt sour cream
2 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Graham Cracker Crust:
11/4 cup Nabisco® Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter (softened)
Cooking spray.
Graham Cracker Crust:
For 8-9” pie pan (Use a Corning® or Pyrex® shallow pie pan.)
In food processor, thoroughly blend
11/4 cup Nabisco® Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter (softened)
Spray pan with cooking spray.
Press mixture firmly & evenly in pan.
Bake 8 min. in preheated 375º oven. (Set aside)
Filling-Step One:
In food processor, beat eggs.
Add cream cheese, sugar & vanilla.
Add lemon juice & swirl.
Pour into warm pie shell & bake 25-30 minutes at 300º
Remove and cool at least 10 minutes.
Step Two (Topping):
In processor, combine topping ingredients & pour over pie. Bake 15 min. at 300
Serve Chilled!
Note: Once chilled, you can top with cherry pie filling or fruit of your choice, but we prefer this delicious dessert as is.
