Dressing:
1 cup salad oil 1/4 cup white vinegar
1 medium onion (chopped fine)
1/3 cup ketchup 1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
Shake & chill overnight
Salad:
8-10 slices Bacon (fried until crisp & crumbled)
5 boiled eggs (slice & chop)
4 green onions (chopped)
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1 1/2 pkgs. (grocery store sized) clean & ready to use Spinach
Night Before:
Mix together all dressing ingredients and chill overnight in refrigerator.
Serving Day:
Prepare salad ingredients and toss with half of the dressing you prepared the night before.
Refrigerate the other half in a tightly covered jar. It will keep for many days.
