1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
2 cups whole milk (separated)
1 pkg Jell-O lemon instant pudding
1 *graham cracker crust (cooled) (*See Sour Cream-Cheese Pie Crust)
Blend ½ cup milk with sour cream
Add remaining milk and pudding mix.
Beat slowly until well mixed (1 min) don’t over beat! Pour at once into graham cracker crust. (No baking needed)
Sprinkle more crumbs over top if desired.
Chill at least one hour before serving!
For chocolate cheese cake use chocolate pudding mix and substitute chocolate wafers for crust if desired.
