1 spaghetti squash
2 cloves fresh garlic
1/4 - 1/2 onion (chopped)
1 lb ground beef
favorite jarred sauce ( I made our favorite sauce and added some sliced mushrooms)
salt, pepper
garlic powder (optional)
onion powder (optional)
and any other seasonings you like (I used fresh herbs...Basil, Thyme, Oregano and Rosemary)
parmesan cheese, mozzarella or cheddar cheese (shredded)
Get a baking dish, drizzle some olive oil inside, cut up garlic, put two piles in pan
Cut your squash in half, lengthwise, take out seeds
Put each half facing down over the fresh garlic, bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. I cooked the ground beef with a little salt, then put in bowl.
Once the squash is done, turn them over with tongs,
Using a fork, scoop out the inside, shredding the squash (magically turning it into your spaghetti noodles)
Spoon out the roasted garlic from pan, chop and add to your meat sauce
Then mix your sauce with your spaghetti squash noodles and scoop back in squash halves
Top with shredded parmesan and cheddar or mozzarella or both, then bake for another 10-15 min at 350 degrees.
