4-5 lb sirloin tip roast
(Best with fat left on one side)
Seasoned Meat Tenderizer (I prefer Adolf's when I can find it.)
Sprinkle roast (all sides) with tenderizer.
Place on rack (fat side up) in broiler pan into cold oven.
Turn oven to 400º and bake for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and leave roast for ½ hour longer.
Remove from oven, let sit for 5-10 min. and slice thin.
Serve with a green vegetable and Broasted Potatoes
